Well, it didn’t take long for Bohdi to make me break my promise.
So, Bohdi dropped his bombshell, which has landed with quite a wet thud on his own foot. It’s hard to know what to make of Bohdi’s latest attempt to prove that I am Alain Burrese (or that Burrese is me). Mystery “private investigators,” a mystery handwriting analyst, and a lot of amateur sleuthing and attempts at developing a solid circular argument, all revealing…
Nothing, really.
I really thought he might pull something out of his butt this time, but this latest attempt is even worse that all the previous attempts. I have heard through the grapevine that Bohdi is not…
“Well,” I guess is the word.
As in mentally not “well.” Maybe they didn’t get the whole tumor out? Who knows? But the word on “the street” is that Bohdi’s losing it.

I’m going to make this as short as possible.
Private Dick…or just plain dick?
Bohdi needs to do the following if anything he says here is to be taken as anything but the ravings of a lunatic:
Tell us who the “private detective” is. If a real private investigator looked into Burrese, he would have no problem being “named” That’s the job, Burrese has the legal right to know who it is, and if this feud ever makes it into a court, Bohdi will be compelled to reveal the name of the detective and the agency he works for, turn over a copy of the report, and the “private detective” will be compelled to testify in court. I don’t believe for a second a real investigation was done (and recent developments appear to bear this out – turns out one of his “investigators” is a car salesman from India). Prove me wrong, Bohdi.
Tell us who this “active Green Beret” is and post whatever documentation he supposedly gave him. Bohdi has been suggesting that this “active Green Beret” has pulled files on Burrese and uncovered something negative and shared it with him. Well, that would be interesting, since contrary to what many people might think, an active Army soldier can’t just pull a veteran’s file without a damned good, official reason. Ask anyone with any real experience or weight in the military and they will tell you that doing what Bohdi is suggesting would be a crime and likely end this “active Green Beret’s” career in short order. It can’t happen, and even if it did, there would be a paper trail leading back to the “active Green Beret.” Bohdi should be careful about this stuff. I have a name and the means to report it to the Army, which I’m very inclined to do. Something like this can take a big wet bite out of Bohdi and other people if he’s dumb enough to keep going down this road.
Tell us which stolen valor organization it is. If Burrese is guilty of stolen valor, and if his guilt was determined by a legit stolen valor organization as Bohdi claims, there is absolutely no reason not to name them and provide a link to their findings on Burrese. That is simply WHAT THEY DO, and it would strengthen Bohdi’s claims. I do not believe that any such organization was engaged and the things Bohdi – and Richard Hackworth – claim don’t even constitute stolen valor anyway, but I’ll do Bohdi one better and engage http://www.stolenvalor.com to look into Burrese myself. I’ll be sure to explain the whole situation and provide Bohdi’s and Hackworth’s information as well.
Results to come…
Bohdi claims to have received information from the Veteran’s Administration. What information? Where’s the proof? Again, it would be illegal for someone in the VA to provide Bohdi with records or information on a veteran, and even if someone was stupid enough to do so, there’s lots of paperwork involved (to prevent people from doing what Bohdi is claiming he was able to do), so accessing Burrese’s records would leave a trail. It’s not like TV or a movie where you can slip into an office and pull up secured personal information without anyone knowing. You’d get caught and no one is going to risk their job or criminal or civil penalties to help Bohdi pursue a personal vendetta on the internet.
This is something you see online all the time…people claiming to have “connections” in the military, various government agencies, law enforcement, etc. They are full of shit 99.99% of the time, but people believe it – they seem to WANT to believe it – because it feeds some fantasy they’re having. I actually do know high ranking people and high level people in the government and when I ask them abut stuff like Bohdi’s claims they laugh at the absurdity of it and then explain exactly why it can’t happen and that if someone on the inside DID do what’s being described, how that person would at minimum lose their job and at worse be taken up on criminal charges (especially stuff like Bohdi’s claims of getting secured personal information from the Army, VA, and NSA). A person would be a FOOL to do anything of the sort for Bohdi since he boasts about it on public forums and on his web site. I myself have reported it, and I imagine other people have, too. Apparently, as of this writing, no one in the Army, VA, or NSA has found anything to warrant going after Bohdi or else his web site would be blessedly silent…but then again, the wheels of justice move slowly. Maybe they just haven’t gotten around to it yet.
Not that it has ANYTHING to do with the whole point of his rant, Bohdi claims contact with the police and having filed a report concerning Gottfried Roser/Jeff Allen. Really? Well, what’s the case number, Bohdi? What were the officers’ names so this can be verified? When, exactly, did this happen? YOU “quote” the officer, so I want to verify this because I don’t believe the police are going to just come over to your house to listen to your phone messages and then go to the trouble of calling and chastising this guy who lives in Plano, TX (far, far away from you in Loveland, Co and even farther away from Burrese in Missoula, MT) without a formal report being filed (and probably not even then, they have better things to do with their time), which means there would be a case number that anyone can verify.
This is amusing considering that in your run-in with Tom Harless (where you were so afraid you actually DID call the police in mortal fear) there IS an actually case number provided by Harless himself (the phone number of the police station that took the report is 976-462-2025, the case number is 20166910, and the officer is named Howard). Anyway, you are explicitly claiming that there is a police report somewhere that formally states that Burrese was named by this Roser/Allen person in a harassment complaint. Well, what’s the phone number for the precinct, the officer’s name, and the case number?
Really, Bohdi, I would think – unless this is a complete fabrication – that you would WANT people to verify your story, so why are you holding back this information if it actually exists?
Bohdi needs to post a copy of this cease and desist letter he claims was sent by his lawyer. There’s no reason not to post it. It would prove that it actually happened and actually strengthen Bohdi’s claim. The fact that he doesn’t suggests this never happened. The description of the supposed interaction between “Bohdi’s lawyer” and Burrese (who is also a lawyer) is ridiculous. Lawyers don’t talk like this, and no one files “a complaint to the Supreme Court.” There is a hierarchy, and what is essentially a civil matter would start way at the bottom of that hierarchy in a local civil court. This is a fabrication written by someone (Bohdi) who is trying to make it all sound impressive but who either doesn’t have a clue about how things in the legal world actually work or is banking on the fact that his audience doesn’t have a clue about how legal matters work and will be impressed by Bohdi’s made-up story.
Bohdi needs to post the emails he claims he received from Lordus Sapiens with the header information displayed so people can verify the IP addresses. Here, Bohdi is flat out lying. First, Burrese does not live in “the middle of nowhere in Montana.” He lives in Missoula, MT, which is the second largest city in the state with 75,000 people in the city proper and about 120,000 in the surrounding valley. Checking an IP coming from Missoula will likely not only get you the town, it might even get you an actual street address.
Now, since I archive EVERY SINGLE EMAIL I have ever written, it would follow that I would have all the emails that Bohdi alludes to in his article. Well, guess what…the IP for my emails does not (quoting Bohdi) “[originate] just minutes from Alain Burrese’s address.” They actually trace back to servers two hundred miles from Missoula in Post Falls, Idaho that serve customers in the greater Spokane, WA – Coeur d’Alene, ID area, which has a population of over 700,000 people, which isn’t to say I live in Spokane…I mean, they have this thing called a proxy server after all…so, I could just as easily live in Florida or India. Hell, my emails from Mudit actually track through New Jersey to Singapore to India (Mudit seems to spend a lot oh his time trying to play both sides of this whole feud and we had some email interaction a while back…I should post all the stuff he sent to me). IP addresses are simply unreliable most of the time.
Of course, this does not fit Bohdi’s narrative, so he lies and claims that the IPs track to Missoula. If Bohdi was telling the truth, then this would be, by far, his strongest piece of evidence and he would simply HAVE TO post the emails and header information containing the IP address.
BAM!!! Open and shut! The end!
But Bohdi doesn’t post this information because he either doesn’t understand how it works and is going off of bad information (possible, since some of his supposed “investigators” and experts keep turning out to be clueless Facebook friends from far away countries), or he is telling a flat-out lie.

The “Forensic Report”
Of course, the crowning jewel of Bohdi’s latest smear piece is his claim that handwriting analysis proves that Burrese and Lordus Sapiens are the same person. The “report” that Bohdi posted, which he claims was prepared by a “forensic scientist” was actually created by one of Bohdi’s Facebook friends, Mudit Srivastava, who is apparently a car salesman in India (not a ‘forensic scientist”).
The validity of this “report” was actually discredited in a few short hours by a real hand writing analyst doing business in the US (who was also willing to be named). Mudit actually took credit for this in a response to the rebuttal of the report posted by Martial Arts Enterprises, and even went so far as to contradict Bohdi on a number of important points in his post…

…thus exposing the report for what it really is…a sad attempt by Bohdi and Srivastava to lie and fabricate “evidence” that Burrese is me. The fabricated report is something any reasonable person would be embarrassed by. Probably most damning is the simple fact that EVEN A BLIND PERSON CAN TELL THEY WERE WRITTEN BY DIFFERENT PEOPLE. Then, of course, is the notion that all this “analysis” concerning ink and pressure and flow could be done on SCREEN SHOTS. But I’ll just let the post on the Martial Arts Enterprises site sum all this up:

It’s worth noting that the doctored book cover first appeared on a number of fake Alain Burrese web sites that suddenly appeared on the internet a while back but were then quickly taken down when it was quickly proven that they had been created by imposters with the intent of harassing and smearing Burrese.
Bohdi attempts to make other arguments. One of the more ludicrous is that a statement I made in my book A Monkey’s Guide to Faking Your Martial Arts Credentials proves that Burrese and I are the same person:
Now, I’m impressed that Bohdi actually read my book (I figured he had when his most recent fake certificate seemed to follow my instructions), but aside from the fact that Bohdi stupidly admits that he really is harassing Burrese, his “logic” is hopelessly flawed. Bohdi goes on to make a big deal about the Lordus Sapiens-MTTKDGUY connection. Old news. Everyone knows I wrote the piece on Bullshido that first exposed Bohdi under the handle MTTKDGUY. That doesn’t mean anything in the context of Burrese.

Yup…Richard posted this on his own web site…so what does it all mean? How should we interpret this? Is it a man out with his family, or a drunk out whoring around? As a little brown man said recently: “I leave it the wisdom of the reader to decide.”
Then he goes on to dredge up things he and Richard Hackworth have been spreading all over the internet for a long time now, like the fact that Alain got demoted once in the Army. Big deal. This isn’t news. Alain talks about it in various writings and on his site. Who cares? Lots of people get in hack in the Army. I would be more concerned about someone who DIDN’T sow some oats in their twenties. There are pictures of Richard Hackworth all over the internet of him hanging off of Asian hoochie-mommas with alcohol in his hand (he posts them himself sometimes). Does that mean Hackworth is a drunk who spends all his time in Asian whorehouses? I would like to think so, but it’s not conclusive evidence, just tacky behavior.
Bohdi claims: “Two independent investigators investigated Alain Burrese’s claims of being a sniper and a sniper instructor in the Army and found that he lied about BOTH! He was neither a sniper nor a sniper instructor. He served as an assistant to the sniper instructor for merely 60 days.”
Well, first off, this statement is contradictory in that, in the Army, in order to assist the sniper instructor, Burrese would have had to have successfully completed sniper training which would make him – ta-da! – an Army sniper! Bohdi, being that he has never been a “warrior” of any kind or by any stretch of the imagination, is simply an uneducated idiot in this area. Besides that, Burrese went to pains to present his certificates, etc. online to put this to rest. Amusingly, one of Bohdi’s sources is Hackworth (the other “investigator” is his “active duty Green Beret,” I guess) who served and should know better, but apparently doesn’t, so maybe Hackworth DID spend all his time in bars and whorehouses when he was in the Army. It’s worth noting, again, that there is no legal way Bohdi could have access to this information to start with, AND Bohdi’s version of this has changed over time as true facts have come to light. Fake news and an absolute fabrication.
Bohdi claims to have been told by the VA or someone within the VA that there is no record of Burrese using his veteran’s benefits, which apparently could mean that Burrese was dishonorably discharged. Again, no one in the VA is going to have this conversation with Bohdi or pull files for Bohdi, or anyone else on his behalf. Besides, Burrese was a poor boy from Thompson Falls, MT, fresh off the boat after having taught English in Korea for a while. No way he can afford law school without those VA benefits. Bohdi simply made this up. It’s funny, though, because if a stolen valor group had looked into Burrese as Bohdi claims, they would know the exact nature of Burrese’s discharge and there would be no need to pretend you somehow accessed VA records that might or might not have suggested that Alain might have been dishonorably discharges. Bohdi would fucking know, and this embellishment would be completely unnecessary. Bohdi can’t even maintain the internal logic of the circular argument he is trying to build.
God, what a shit show…and it just keeps getting worse.
Bohdi claims Burrese was sued for defamation while he was in the Army, but he provides no proof.
Bohdi claims Burrese has a history of libeling people, but other than his belief that Burrese is me (and this piece of fabricated evidence), he provides no proof.
Bohdi claims Burrese can’t find a job as a lawyer, but it’s well known that beyond picking up occasional bits of legal work on the side from time to time, Burrese doesn’t really like lawyering and that he has no interest in a full-time job as an attorney. In spite of this, he is still highly enough thought of to be invited by the University of Montana law school to do work for them from time to time, and he is in good standing with the State Bar.
You know, Bohdi used to be a school teacher, but his contract wasn’t renewed and he turned to writing his quote books full time. So, what are we supposed to assume about Bohdi’s teaching career? What is he guilty of? What was the scandal that led to his teaching demise? I could have a lot of fun with this, but it would be pure bullshit speculating…but do use your own imagination if you like.
Funny thing about the bar association stuff, tho…
In Bohdi’s rant, he tries to suggest that Burrese is having issues with the State Bar (he’s not, go check the Montana State Bar’s web site to check his status if you want), but in the screen shots Bohdi uses, it’s clear that Burrese is talking about Bohdi (and possibly Hackworth?) when he mentions having to respond to two State Bar complaints. So, am I to take that as suggesting that Bohdi and Hackworth have been been filing complaints with the Montana State Bar in order to harass Burrese?
So, who here is really guilty of harassing who?
With all this going on, is it really so amazing that someone might want to beat up or piss on Bohdi Sanders? It’s unfortunate that someone pretending to be Burrese’s friend betrayed his confidence by sharing statements made in (understandable) frustration like this, but as we all know too well…there are lots of worthless whores in the world, and the martial arts.
I will, however, go on the record as saying I would LOVE to piss on Bohdi Sanders like the Samurai in Shogun. The only problem is there would be a long line to wait through for my turn…and I’m pretty sure Bohdi would like it.

When I say “Bohdi Sanders is a fake black belt who posted fake certificates he never earned on his web site,” I back it up with proof…which to date has been screen shots from your own web sites and your own words.
When you say anything about me or Burrese, you just vomit nonsense and conspiracy theories, but never any proof. You even go as far as to fabricate “evidence” or have other people do it for you.
